Broomrigg Farmhouse is a lovingly refurbished, self-catering farmhouse in East Lothian that sleeps 4 to 8 guests. It’s just half an hour from Edinburgh city centre and the Airport, easily accessed via the A68 and City Bypass. Full of character, Broomrigg overlooks rolling fields on Winton Estate, close to Pencaitland.
This home is ideal for family parties, reunions with friends, golf holidays and vacation rentals in Scotland. Like all Winton’s self-catering properties, Broomrigg is available on a flexible basis, so you can book it for long weekends, part weeks or full weeks.
Please note that due to Winton Castle’s nature as a private home & exclusive use events venue, guests staying at our self-catering properties do not have access to the castle or gardens unless by prior appointment. There are extensive public footpaths on the wider estate (maps can be provided). Please contact us for more information.

Extremely Well Equipped Self-Catering Holiday Property
- 4 beautiful bedrooms, all interchangeable between twins and kingsize beds. Sleeps 8 guests.
- 3 luxurious bathrooms, one with roll-top bath tub, and all with separate showers and complimentary toiletries
- A new, fully fitted, farmhouse kitchen with large range cooker, dishwasher and a separate utility area (with washing machine and tumble dryer)

- New luxurious wood-fired hot tub for 6-8 people! Available as a booking extra, we can provide extra towels and wood to last you all weekend.
- Up to 2 dogs can stay for a small fee (see house rules in booking form)
All bed linen, towels and bath robes are included in the rent. If necessary, additional linen and towels can be supplied for a fee. We can also supply children’s high chairs and a cot (please notify us in advance).
